● Strategized & designed several Certification programs in solution architecture and data architecture domains – ○ Impact: Standardized approach to improve expertise in people & enhance client services. ● Volunteered to transform Accenture’s Certification site ○ Impact: Overhauled a content heavy, confusing and non-user friendly site to an appealing and well organised one stop shop for all certification programs resulting in 40% increase in the uptake for the programs. ● Advisory role in a new algorithm which could align legitimate specializations based on employees’ skills, proficiency, certifications and experience – ○ Impact – The algorithm saved considerable amount of time while identifying employees for staffing. Rewarded with Pole Vaulter Award in August 2018 ● Managed Accenture’s collaboration and integration with Digital Badging vendor ○ Impact – Increased brand value for employees and the organization with the digital badges which could be published within and outside Accenture. ● Governed the process to record employees’ External Certifications in Accenture’s HR systems ○ Impact: Certified employees get better staffing, promotions, bonus, and etc. opportunities so it is important that their certifications, skills & specializations get recorded using authentic and fair practices.
