Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@trainshala.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
To initiate a return of a physical product, please contact our customer support at contact@trainshala.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
