My journey with Bhattleaders Training System & Solution (BTS) has been built on a strong vision—to create powerful, practical, and transformation-focused training for students, professionals, and organizations. From the foundation phase, I contributed as a Trainer and as a Manager, shaping BTS into a trusted platform for communication, personality development, leadership, and professional growth. Before BTS expanded to schools, colleges, universities, and corporates, I built The Wisdom Workshop as our ground-level training base. This is where I designed core modules of Spoken English, Personality Development, Soft Skills, Communication, and Confidence Building. My style has always been interactive, energetic, and focused on real-life application through LSRW techniques, activities, and behaviour-based learning. As BTS grew, my work extended far beyond classroom sessions. I have conducted large-scale workshops in schools, colleges, NGOs, community groups, and corporate environments under the BTS banner. I have also trained students at one of India’s major universities, G. B. Pant University, helping them strengthen communication, clarity, and career readiness. Career counselling has been another key part of my role. Through BTS, I have guided students and young professionals in identifying strengths, choosing the right career direction, and building confidence through structured assessment and personalised feedback. In the corporate domain, I have led sessions in communication, leadership, team building, workplace behaviour, professional etiquette, and personal effectiveness. My signature approach blends high energy, relatable examples, real-world tools, and deep engagement, making every BTS session impactful and transformative. My educational journey began with a background in B.Sc., but very early in life I discovered something important — real growth comes from practical knowledge, not just a piece of paper. While academic learning builds a foundation, it is hands-on experience that shapes skills, confidence, and true professional strength. With this belief, I stepped into the professional world in 2013, starting as a salesman. Those early days taught me communication, persuasion, discipline, and how to understand people. Through consistent performance and a strong work ethic, I was promoted to Team Leader, and later moved into higher responsibilities over the years. Every role I took on became a classroom. Every challenge became a lesson. My practical experience in sales, team handling, customer behaviour, leadership, and communication gave me deeper insights than any traditional degree could provide.
