Working with an entrepreneur whose stakeholders are mostly in the US. He runs a medical data company for US healthcare industry. From grammar to talking about his projects, we worked together on all aspects of communication to make him an effective leader and entrepreneur in his field. Not just hi, but his team also feels the difference in his fluency and the way he presents his ideas. (This was also a repeat client who came back for a longer intervention the second time)

Coached a visual artist who worked on paintings, ceramics and textile art. Since she was getting back to work after a gap of 17 years, we worked on her personal branding and ow she could present herself to gallerists. We also honed how she could speak about her art, the inspiration behind it and each of her art collections. Creating content for social media and scheduling it for business was a part of her coaching. By the end of our association, she stopped being conscious about talking about her business and started working on her social media content. Her self esteem got the needed boost through our weekly conversations since she was joining the workforce after a gap of almost 2 decades.

Coached a senior manager with 13 years of experience. As a talent acquisition head based out of Malaysia, he had to make a mark on his new job with is communication skills. By the end of our association, he had not only introduced some changes globally but also git buy-in because of the way he communicated them with is team world wide. His first appraisal at the end of a quarter with the company brought some very positive feedback.
