• Co-founded and successfully built Beyond Gurukul from the ground up, establishing a comprehensive suite of career counseling, profile building, and soft skills training services across six global locations. • Delivered over 50 live workshops on soft skills, enhancing communication, leadership, personal branding, art of feedback, power of networking, emotional intelligence and other various life skills, tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client. • Conducted 1200+ one-on-one career counseling sessions, guiding individuals to make informed career decisions and develop personalized career plans. • Facilitated the profile building of clients, helping them craft compelling resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and personal branding strategies that align with their career goals. • Developed and implemented comprehensive training programs that improved participants' professional readiness and equipped them with essential soft skills for workplace success.
